Note: The Critical Home Repair program is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project through Cumberland County Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and as such, qualifying subcontractors must comply with federally required provisions pursuant to HUD guidelines (included in RFQ document).
